                       We can operate a corner-R cutting with NC milling machines up to 0.1R. This allows us to provide lower costs and a higher accuracy of a tooling!

                       2 plants in Kyushu (Kumamoto/Miyazaki) which possess almost the same capabilities as a head plant are contributing to reduction in distribution cost and time in this area.

                       Our maintenance department is available for sudden design change requests in order not to stop the production line for newly developed molds!

                       Our original software for special step cuttings was developed in 1998. We thank Hitachi Zosen Information Systems Co., Ltd. for great co-operation on it.

                       All our work has been officially qualified with ISO14001 since May 2005.
